I am a sustainability and environmental professional with a strong foundation in environmental engineering, infrastructure, and an Executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode. My experience spans environmental impact assessments, EHS compliance, waste and resource management, and sustainability audits—enabling me to bridge technical depth with operational and strategic decision-making.

In my current role, I lead ESG implementation and materiality assessments, with a focus on integrating sustainability into procurement and supply chain processes. I support organizations in achieving their decarbonisation targets—particularly addressing Scope 3 GHG emissions—through data-driven strategies and stakeholder engagement.

I’ve collaborated with industry leaders like L&T, Feedback Infra, and CDM Smith, delivering results in sustainable development, health and safety management, and environmental responsibility. I hold certifications in GRI Reporting, global environmental frameworks, and safe production practices, allowing me to apply a structured yet adaptive approach to ESG compliance and reporting.

At Captain Fresh, I led the creation of a unified ESG risk and reporting framework across global supply chain operations, covering Scope 1–3 emissions, supplier risk assessments, and data-driven ESG disclosures aligned with BRSR, GRI, and CDP standards. I identified and addressed data and tooling gaps by deploying Power BI and Enablon dashboards, improving ESG performance visibility and audit readiness. I also advanced nature and circularity initiatives, including biodiversity-aligned sourcing and zero-waste packaging, directly supporting climate transition objectives.

I hold an Executive MBA in Strategy & Sustainability from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), where my coursework focused on corporate strategy, ESG integration, and sustainability-driven innovation. I also earned an M.Tech in Environmental Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation in environmental systems, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. This blend of strategic management and environmental expertise enables me to bridge business transformation and ESG risk governance effectively.
