We are looking for a skilled Freelance HR Specialist to support our HR needs on a flexible, project-based basis. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, payroll processing, and other HR functions as needed. This is a remote position with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage new hire orientations and exit processes.
- HR Compliance: Ensure company policies align with labor laws and industry standards.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conduct performance reviews, and mediate conflicts.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
- Training & Development: Design and implement employee training programs.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR (minimum 2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience working with remote or international teams.
