- Training the Operators and workers to different departments for respective SOPs standards to achieves quality products and performance.

- Complete knowledge of domestic or export customer order tracking procedure, Root cause analysis and CAPA (corrective action and preventive action)
- To handle Customer Complaint and Provide Technical services
- An ability to work as part of a team with good leadership skills & to motivate others and make them aware of an overall aim.
- Customer complain Rejection analysis and related action discussion with responsible department to minimize such types of rejection in future.
- Find out unsafe conditions and unsafe acts then remove it.
FQC & VQC Jr engineer - Goldi Solar Pvt Ltd. - Kosamba

- Checked for physical damages, micro-cracks, color variation, junction box alignment, glass scratches, frame defects, and label verification during incoming inspection.
- Involve in internal audit, customer Audit, and third-party Audit and close the NC points and doing OBA
- Execute the process as per the control plan and SOPs.
- Documented inspection results with photographs and reports, ensuring traceability for audits.
- Providing tanning to the associate as per need and the area of improvement.
- Ensured final visual inspection (FQC) of installed modules, mounting structures, earthing, and cable routing before commissioning.
