• Raw milk & Processed milk along with its quality analysis
• Investigation & implementation of the corrective action to avoid the issues related to product quality
• Calibration and validation of laboratory glass wares, equipment & Instruments
• Packing Material Analysis as per specifications
• Monitoring and fulfilling of all requirements of Co packers (MDFVPL) as per their production plans, quality norms, audit and statutory aspects
• Evaluate finished products by Sensory, Chemical and Physical analyses

• Monitor and inspect the quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
