- Maintaining Log & Documentation of all Records & Reports.
- Check and inspecting the while running the jockey pump, Hydrant pump, Sprinkler pump, and Fire DG.

- Conducting fire mock drill for every month.
- Conducting and testing firefighting accessories like fire hose cabinet, fire extinguisher, fire hydrant cabinet etc.
- Preparing monthly checklist (Fire Extinguisher, Fire hydrant, & fire pump room)
- Fire alarm systems monitoring to all buildings.
- Fire alarm complaints rectified to earliest
- Conducting Safety Induction
- Conducting weekly tool box Meeting
- Hazard identification, Analysis & its control
- Implementing different types of PTW (permit to work) systems
- Preparation of Emergency plan.
- Ensuring proper PPE's
- Accident Investigation & Reporting
- Risk Assessment.
- Following all General electrical rules
- Suitable lighting arrangements at night work
- Separate storage of hazardous chemicals
- Weekly inspecting for 5S activities.
- Monitoring First Aid Kits
- Keeping proper sign boards in site.
- Providing proper PPE's for Suitable jobs.
- Preparing Accident and incident investigation report & records
