Managing company's warehouse ensuring all items are collected from the goods clearance location, received at the warehouse, stored and preserved properly
Processing the E-commerce orders in the respective online seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart)
Participating in TMS Billing as per the dispatch
Ensuring physical verification of the itemsreceived for quality and quantity as well as of the warehouse stock and statutory registers
Submitting proper documentation associated with warehouse transactions, deliveries and invoicing to customers and in-house departments
Maintaining the entire finished goods product in the warehouse and dispatching material to the locations
Ensuring goods-in, replenishment picking, dispatch and administration activities are completed on a daily basis
Downloading in transit report from factory to warehouse; getting the details ofthe vehicles & planning the dispatch
Monitoring the physical stock and ensuring that it matches with the one in the system
Inspecting the quality of the goods and liquefying the defective materials that the dealers refuse to accept
Perform Inventory audits and stock counts
Updated Inventory levels using logic ERP software, providing real time stock updatesto management.
