- Monitoring & Coordination for smooth Supply chain Operation
- Assisting in Streamlining Process & flow of goods & Services
- Managing & Maintaining Schedule of delivery & material shipping
- Planning & Trainings of shipments of final products
- Preparation of Log sheet report of goods & Transportation
- Coordination with other department for smooth operation
- Taking care of all Inbound & Outbound Shipments which being dispatched
- Handling for incoming and outing load timely
- Customer care and building customer relationship
- Keep track of all transit vehicles (Surface and local pick up)
- Looking the major roll in booking pickup & dispatching
- Monitoring all the work with related to Computer
- Helping franchise if they facing any difficulty related to GEMS (Gati Enterprise Management System)
- Working with WMS (Uniware)
- Upload the QC report in Excel on daily basis
- Arranging for unloading, staging, inspecting to the inbound materials & arranging put away
- As per the location defined for various stocks
- Monitoring performance of theday on daily basis and submit the report to GDW manager
- Monitoring all other work related to GEMS on daily basis
- Data entry, Microsoft office, typing, Complaint resolution of the customers
- Answered an average 50+ calls per day from unsatisfied customers related to delays in shipment, order mistakes and lost customers
