Experienced EDI specialist
Experienced EDI specialist seeks analyst position to utilize qualified education, refined communication and problem-solving skills, and over five years of experience working in information technology. 9.5+ years of IT experience that involves complete Software Development Life cycle from Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing & configuration management and Implementation of software solutions in the areas of EDI and ERP. Have over 5+ year of hands on experience in developing EDI solutions in Gentran Server for UNIX 6.0 (using VI / AI mapper) and Gentran Director Tool involving B2B transaction sets in the Order to Cash cycle (850, 855, 856, 810 etc), Delivery Forecasts (830) and Functional Acknowledgments (997). Extensive experience in evaluating and analyzing customer/supplier EDI business requirements and develop B2B maps using Gentran Server UNIX 6.0 and MFG/Pro as necessary to implement mutually agreeable EDI solutions.
Knowledge of MFG/Pro distribution module. Extensive hands on experience in EDI e-commerce Module of MFG/Pro. Have a proven record of accomplishment in supporting existing EDI gateways in MFG/Pro and in identifying opportunities to standardize and rationalize the existing architecture.
Knowledge of Progress 4GL programming. Have a proven record of accomplishment in EDI/B2B Monitoring & Support with ability to prioritize bugs for resolution, implementing new feature enhancements, tracking and reporting progress on escalations, helping the team technically and developing a customer focus.
