• Significant experience in driving overall plant Operations (in sync with company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policy deployment); inclusive of implementing continuous process improvements to minimize waste and reduce costs while maximizing quality and yield. 
• Ensure that the operation is run with the highest standards of safety, occupational health and environment culture.
• Achieve and strive to continuously improve upon the Key Plant performance indicators.
• Merit of being an Accredited Instructor for World Class Manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing) who led the WCM implementation; recognized with Bronze Award for successful implementation of WCM in plant through WCM techniques to achieve best performance in KPIs.
• Formulating annual financial budget, evaluate periodic labour cost, overhead cost, material cost to ensure effective cost management.
• Guide and provide direction for improvements in environment systems to ensure 100% compliance to local statutes and Group standards.
• Proficient in analyzing production systems/ processes, identifying bottlenecks and steering continuous improvement
• Formulate short and long range plans for expansion of plant facilities, modifications and improvements. 
• Lead the process of New Product development and work in close tandem with sales team for development of new products in line with the business plan.
• Effectively managed teams to meet the needs of market, underpinning a positive and committed organization culture and ensuring appropriate professional development of team members
• Working on talent pool and succession planning of the management cadre and workforce, appraising their KRA based performance and providing feedback on the same
• Making the optimum utilization of available resources, new developments, engineering & maintaining statutory compliance related to statutes.
• Supervising the projects from conceptualisation to completion while ensuring resource optimisation and completing the project within time and budget parameters
• Review and put-up project proposal or plan to determine time frame, financial limitations, procedures for project.
• Planning, estimation based on base line & align budget approval accordingly as approved by Management.
• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
• Scheduling projects involving basic & detailed engineering activities in coordination with consultants.
• Finalization of Technical specification /requirements as per prior experience with optimized CAPEX.
• Implementation of Safe work practices during Project Implementation
• Provide project status reports /MIS of project milestone, risks and project results.
