I am having 4 yrs experience in OTC Billing Analyst and 1 year in Reporting Global Billing.
As a Billing Analyst we used to check the Orders which were placed from stakeholder and we will validate and proceed with an invoice and will do send the invoices to customer through dispatch some of customers set with e invoice.
Reporting team, we will do a consolidated report for orders which is processed that how many BA closed orders rejected and on desk count.
Creating dashboard and KPI files .
