Execute process of Manufacturing.
Selection of latest cutting tools and use right parameters.
Development of fixtures as per the process plan.
Generation of tool path using Catia V5
Generation of tool path using Master Cam 2023.
Good decision making capabilities in preparation of process in consultation with higher ups.
Involvement of cross functional department like Production, Tooling, TPM and Quality in processing parts.
Understanding new parts and development of new sequential machining process for better result in first go.
Ability to interpret GD&T from Digital Product Definition / model based definition and legacy drawing.
Ability to define the best machining strategies and sequence.
