1-Handling the inventory function to curtail inventory holding expenses and adherence to maximum and minimum stocking system for various spares and minimize wastage.
2-Manage store operations, supervision of loading unloading materials in stores.
3-Non-moving item report every week/ month.
4-Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.
5-Issuance material based on indent and Follow FIFO
6-Monthly PSV (Physical Stock Verification)
7Material Reconciliation & Gap analyzation
Check Material Issuance as per order with BOM
8-Scrap management
9-Rejection monitor & Vendor debit
10-Others related to Store operation & material cost control
11-Cost Control in Store Dept. for material & Scrap management.
