Mahendran Thiagarajan

I have 32 years of experience in Estimation and Quantity Surveying. I was heading the Quantity Surveying Department Since 2006 for Excellent Grade Contractors. I have 5 years experience in India and the rest in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. I have also worked as Contract Manager for Sewerage and Irrigation Network Project of worth Rials Omani 25 Million for almost 3 years. I have also handled Precast Concrete Yard and Bar Bending Yard for almost 3 years as additional responsibilities.

1. Head of Quantity Surveyors and Planning in Al Thabat Holding LLC an Excellent Grade Contractor belonging Government of Oman. From 2018 to 2021.
2. Contracts Manager in Al Ansari Trading Enterprise LLC - Construction Division for a major Sewerage and Irrigation Network Project worth Rials Omani 25 Million from March 2015 to November 2017.
3. Cheif Estimator in Al Ansari Trading Enterprise LLC - Construction Division, Heading in Tendering Department and Post QS from March 1996 to March 2015. 
4. Quantity Surveyor for Pretender in Qurum Contractors LLC from September 1993 to March 1996. Additionally handled as Incharge of Precast Concrete Yard and Bar Bending Yard. 
5. Overseer in Simplex Concrete Piles India Ltd handling Major Projects in Chennai from September 1990 to August 1993
6. Other Companies such as BV Builders, Jothi Foundation, Kharche and Associate from June 1989 to August 1990
7. Trainee Engineer in Tendering in Tarapore Construction Chennai from June 1988 to May 1989.

My Qualifications are

1. Post Diploma in Quantity Surveying in Central Polytechnic Government of Tamilnadu Chennai under Directorate of Technical Education. 
2. Diploma in Civil Engineering in St. Michael Polytechnic Chennai under Directorate of Technical Education. 
3. Specialized in Candy Estimation Software qualified from CCS Gulf.
