- Control the plant operations and supervise the activities of the plant providing necessary technical support as and when required.
- Certified Safe work permit (SWP) issuer inside company premises for all maintenance, lifting & hot work activity.
- Supervising staff by determining workloads and schedules; Implementing policies and procedures and ensures that staff were trained in complex maintenance activities following standard operating procedures.
- Provides the necessary training and equipment for the technicians to perform their jobs safely, properly and efficiently
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Execute and analyze day-to-day operations support.
- Trains new workers and cross trains employees to continue production during personnel shortages
- Monitor daily output, employee attendance, technical issues, addressing and resolving problems.
- Handling systematic and well-planned logistics department to ease the burden of timely delivery of each cargo ensuring that the cargo reaches at the desired destination well within the proposed time.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers and suppliers
- Regular discussions with sales team, understanding the customer urgency and priorities to make sure that the output is delivered within the time as promised.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding all the plant activities. Budget, monitor, and control operating expenses.
- Prepared schedules according to the production requirements and staff availability.
PG Operator - MUSCAT GASES SAOG - Muscat, Oman

- Refilling industrial gas cylinders Argon, Nitrogen, Oxygen & Acetylene.
- Refilling welding gas mixtures Argon/Carbon dioxide with minimum mixing tolerance.
- LAR, LIN, LOX decanting from Road tanker to Storage tank handling with all PPE.
- Aware of company safety standards, color coding while cylinder handling.
- Selection & Fixing of Regulator inlet connection based on the customer requirement nonflammable, flammable & reactive gas mixtures.
- Ensures error free operation at clients' site like PDO,OXY,CCED,Daleel,BP Khazzan etc.while delivering the gases
- Involved in all plant maintenance activities such as welding, electrical etc.,
