• Scheduling Preventive Maintenance cycles for equipments.

• Carry out Preventive Maintenance activities as per schedule, capture abnormalities & ensure its closure after.
• Attend equipment breakdown & resolve it with internal / external team.
• Generate Purchase requistion for Critical materials required.
• Maintain Audit Files JSA & Take-2, Zone wise data etc.
• Involved in operation and maintenance field in Fire Hydrant System, Fire Extinguisher, Pump house, ETP, STP, DM, RO Plant etc;
• Expertise in documentation like daily report, monthly management report(MMR), weekly maintenance report, PPM (Plant preventive maintenance), preparing SOP & checklist of all the equipment's.
• Experience Electrical Breakers, Contactor, VFD motors, AC motor, Temperature sensor, Level Sensor, Electrical Actuator Valve, Solenoid Valve.
• Knowlede in MEE plant, MGF plant, Boiler plant.
• PLC Panel Trouble shooting, Reading control and power wiring to Problem finding.
