• Develop campaigns, CME, and CSR activities to enhance foot falls and revenue.
• Maintain strong working relationships with leadership from top corporate firms and with Insurance & TPA partners. Empaneled with 27 insurance & TPA companies within 7 months
• Ensure that the targets of the center are achieved. 
• Negotiated with Insurance partners regards Networks and Tariffs respectively. Collection of Outstanding payments from Insurance & TPA with justification of claims.
• Responsible for the business development activity of the center in achieving increased growth and top line Achieved over 30% revenue year on year.
• Provides support for new business channels increased Client base, Introduced and promote new health packages. Giving cost-effective care of the most elevated quality to client.
• Prepare and send the periodical MIS report to the management on every month.
• Conduct Orientation Programs/monthly training programs for existing employees, Training, and quality management activities.
• Managing Staff: Supervise and evaluate healthcare facility staff.
• Maintaining Financial Stability: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, managers and ensuring the financial stability of the establishment.
• Preserving Facility Integrity: Ensure patient satisfaction and manage cultivate an efficient and safe environment.
• Collecting Data: Collect significant data and use the data to improve patient care.
