Technical project manager with 15+ years in software and technology delivery. I started as a Java developer, moved into technical product management at HERE Solutions India in 2020, and since June 2023 have led it for the NDS automotive infrastructure products.

The work is project delivery in practice: a two-year plan cut into quarterly and sprint-level milestones, sprint planning and backlog grooming, AWS budget tracking, and keeping engineering, QA and product owners aligned. Own the product roadmap for the NDS automotive infrastructure products (Akela, VCC, Elena). I plan a two-year book of work, break it into quarterly and sprint-level delivery tied to commercial goals, and follow delivery against each quarter's milestones.

• Track AWS spend (EMR, Batch, RDS) against allocated budgets and set up forecast alerts, so infrastructure cost has stayed within approved limits.
• Automated the map compilation and release pipelines end to end. Fewer manual steps, and releases across several product lines became easier to predict.
• Run stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Built JIRA feedback dashboards and JQL filters so stakeholders can see portfolio status in real time.
• Work continuously with Product Owners and engineering teams on sprint commitments, backlog priorities and delivery KPIs.
• Spot team impediments early and clear them, keeping velocity steady through open, regular communication.
• Use GitHub Copilot and AWS Kiro as part of the company's AI adoption effort, mainly to get up to speed on unfamiliar code faster, support code reviews and help developers move quicker.

Managed the full lifecycle of ELENA, an ADAS map data product for Tier-1 automotive OEMs including BMW, Bosch and Continental.

• Turned ADAS feature requirements from Product Owners into detailed, development-ready specifications, and made sure tickets met the definition of ready before they entered a sprint.
• Set up portfolio tracking with Tableau dashboards and custom JIRA JQL filters, so leadership could see delivery status and risks at any point.
• Worked with QA to enforce code review standards and tighten quality processes, which reduced defects reaching production releases.
• Ran backlog grooming and sprint planning, and reprioritised as team capacity and stakeholder priorities changed.

Built and enhanced the Java-based NDS map compilation workflow framework that converts Oracle-format raw map content to SQLite (NDS spec v2.2.1) for automotive navigation data delivery.

• Peer code reviews and technical design documentation, which raised code standards and cut rework.

Gathered and refined requirements directly with stakeholders for a globally used Identity and Access Control (IAC) platform serving Nomura's enterprise applications.

• Sole owner across effort estimation, design, development and deployment; monitored Autosys batch jobs and fixed failures quickly.
• Worked in Agile delivery cycles and handled change and release management in ServiceNow.

Built and enhanced a web-based Debit Card Reconciliation System (D.C.R.S) for ATM transaction reconciliation and dispute management, using Core Java, J2EE and Struts2.
