I hold Bachelor's and Master's degree in Home Science (Foods, Nutrition, and Dietetics) from Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai.
Throughout my academic journey, I have cultivated comprehensive expertise in food science and processing, food safety and quality assurance, food product development, Nutraceuticals and food psychology.
Additionally, I possess in-depth knowledge of food production services in the industry, entrepreneurship in food and nutrition, advanced nutrition and clinical biochemistry, as well as clinical, maternal, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric nutrition.
I am currently serving as an R&D and New Product Development Intern, where I have developed extensive expertise in ideation and market analysis, product planning, formulation development, specification and feasibility assessments, process optimisation, and executing successful product launches.
I have practical experience in both clinical and corporate environments.
