• Creation of Time Schedule for smooth functioning of all the courses.
• Approaching various Faculties from renowned institutes like IITs, IIMs & NITs at Gati Shakti Vishwavidhyalaya (GSV) as a Visiting Faculty.
• Processing the documentation of Teaching Contracts for the Visiting Faculty worth more than Rs. 1 Cr.
• Initiating the Teaching Fees/ Honorarium for Visiting Faculty after the completion of their courses and arranging for the Reimbursement Process for their previous travel.
• Working as an Administrative Assistant to Dean (Academics) - Office of Dean (Academics), GSV for more than 4 years.
• To plan and Schedule the interaction meeting of the delegates from the Industries/Universities/Institutes/Board of Studies with the Internal committee(s) for various Academic reasons.
