Human Resource & Administrator for XOffice Park (XOP) including 5 entities (Gateway Office Park, Futura TechPark, Noida Towers, Eleanor India Holdings, and NV Projects Pvt Ltd) & Xpandr Advisors India Pvt Ltd.
- Manpower requisition from respective department, preparation of Job description and discuss with the management for salary budget and managed full-cycle recruitment for 50+ roles annually, ensuring best-fit candidates while reducing time-to-fill the open positions.
- Sourcing candidates through internal and external reference to optimize recruitment cost, consultancies or walk-in interview, using professional social media.
- Arranging and conducting preliminary telephonic round, coordinating all middle round of interviews and maintaining interview notes for all the open positions.
- Preparation of hiring packs for selected candidates including interview notes, reference checks, KYC documents, skill matrix, salary comparison, & coordinate with the vendor for new joiner background verification (BGV).
- On-boarding process: Arranged induction program for new employee and delivered training programs on workplace policies, compliance and Implemented a company-wide performance review process, aligning employee goals with organizational objectives.
- Email communication to the IT team for the new joiner for making IT arrangements & manage the GreytHR portal for the employee code creation, attendance, and leaves database of the employees.
- Improved HRIS utilization, and assisted in updating holiday lists and employee handbooks, keeping policies current and legally compliant and generated reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Arranged employee engagement as birthday's and festival celebration, rewards & recognition, lunch & dinner with the teams, off-site trips (India/Abroad) and facilitated open enrollment sessions for increasing employee benefits participation rates.
- Coordinated for KRA forms and appraisals with the employees and management.
- Conducted the exit interviews & reporting the out comes to managements & taking care of all their Full & Final settlement dues & issuing all the service documents (confirmation,experience & departing letters).
- Partnered with leadership to resolve employee relations issues, leading to increase in employee engagement scores through employee satisfaction survey.
- Maintained & prepared all HR files and employee information in various forms including employee database, employee CV's, HR letters, certificates, business card, employment agreements, PF details & enrollment for the medical insurance with the organization.
- Prepared, maintained & updated payroll master for daily attendance, monthly & annual records on GreytHR for the XOP (5 entities) & Xpandr Advisors India Pvt Ltd,ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Shared monthly & bonus input sheet for XOP & Xpandr entity to the EY payroll team & reviewing the draft and final output salary register along with the investment proof, PF, ESIC and PT assessments of all the employees.
- Resolving employees queries in coordination with the payroll team including tax computation, PT details & verifying TDS challan for the F.Y years and queries raised by the Audit team - Pwc and KPMG in regards to the Human Resource.
- Coordinated with the vendors for on-boarding and background verification.
- Handled travel booking requests of the employees & management for flight, accommodation and car booking.
- Checked and approved the invoices every month and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with vendors.
