LOS and collections will be handled by the mobile web app created by the Novopay and LMS handled by the Novopay web application. Novopay is developing a Web and APK application aimed at facilitating seamless utilization of LOS/LMS/Collection/Foreclosure modules for both customers and bankers.

This innovative solution enables customers to effortlessly initiate loan accounts, disburse loans, and conveniently manage EMI collections all in one centralized platform. The application supports both Group and Individual loans, primarily catering to microfinance needs. By streamlining the loan account opening and EMI repayment processes, this application ensures a hassle-free and time-efficient experience for customers.
