Working as L3 Production support. Project: PEARL- Accounting Engine for CITI Client using Pearl Outbound Tool and Ab-Initio 3.2.

• Managed the promotion of Release Life cycle Management (RLM) from SIT to UAT and PROD/COB for Components like Ops Portal, Data Model, and Tableau DM.
• Executed deployments in UAT and PROD/COB environments while ensuring minimal downtime and system stability.
• Created and documented Change Requests (CRs), securing necessary approvals from stakeholders before deployment.
