Check DFM study of component by using CAD Tool NX software.
3D assembly, Model and drawing quality checking.
Check tooling feasibility of component & Electrode planning.
Good knowledge of Design & Development and Sign-Off Sheet activities.
Design and created part drawing, assembly drawing including bill of materials.
Tool Design- Core & Cavity layout design, old base design Assembly.
Concept design from customer input data.
Complete Mold cooling layout.
Preparation of Bill of Material, Material Indent, Issue of documentation and releasing to Manufacturing department.
Design review of mould, tools & identifying critical characteristic of Part and Mold.
Proficiency in the use of recognized drawing standards and Geometric Tolerances.
Preparation of Bill of Materials for buyout processes.
Inspection of finished product after Manufacturing.
