Operational Excellence: Implementing robust EHS Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), conducting rigorous audits, and driving continual improvement.
Incident Investigation & Prevention: Leading thorough incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Developing and delivering EHS training for all levels, from top management to contractors, and fostering strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
