While underwriting each & every Case do google check on Web & other social networking sites regarding Co borrowers' profile, specially for SENP/SEP cases, just to cross verify have any Negative details/Political connection/Legal issues of entity or individuals.
• Attending cross functional trainings & learned process working of each & every department. Their roles & Contribution in Work, Credit Role Starting from Login stage to Appraisal & recommendation stage. Always Updated on new upcoming News/Information related to our product for International Students. Changes in Visa process/Updates on University Rankings/offered Courses/scope of Employment across over countries/daily monitoring risk in adherence to Country Policy towards International Students. Updated on H1B Visa updates & Etc.
• To keep internal check of daily transactions and other verifications simultaneously with Compliance team and if error found then reporting it to Operations team as well as Compliance team for rectification.
• Handling Team of 4 CPAs' of location. Managing Daily Allocation of Cases & Monitoring their quality Work & making sure all cases are closed within prescribed TAT time. Managing all their leaves & attendance monitoring & sharing monthly data to their Pay roll company.
