• 13 high rise towers varying from 41 floors to 85 floors
• Renovation of 6 existing mosques
• 3500 existing residential tenants and 1250 commercial tenants to be rehabilitated
• 2,400,000 sft of sale component of luxurious residential apartments
• Each building comprises of 2 to 3 basements to house MEP Infrastructure and commercial parking, ground plus two floors for commercial /Retail, 6 to 10 podium parking levels, Amenity floors, service floor, Transfer girder floor, and residential floors above varying from 41 to 85 floors
• Completion of 4 towers each of 26 floors as transit accommodation for residential and a 250,000 sft commercial building as transit accommodation for commercial tenants
