PRODUCTION PLANNING AND CONTROL

• Releasing and monitoring production orders for all lines and handle exceptions through SAP
• Daily and weekly production planning of In-house work centers
• Conducting daily morning meeting to review critical Shortage material for production by team and analysis the issues
• Planning delivery schedules for daily pick-up customers by monitoring minimum stock levels
• Monitoring and follow up of production order ageing
• Taking corrective action to adhereplan
• Ensure Ontime back-flushing process off inished goods with proper consumption of child parts in Bill Of Material
• Implemented Dispatch Barcode system and BinTracking system
• Preparing monthly Firm +2 month forecast plan form customer sales plan
• Weekly once 6 days Production plan given to procurement for material planning purpose
• Sharing forecast plan to material team in order to avoid last minute material shortage
• Every 3 days production plan fixed in SAP form HMI sequence & Export weekly schedule
• Monitoring Production Plan Vs Actual every 2 hours if any material shortage escalate to procurement team at a same time alternate plan given to assembly avoid line stoppage
• If any critical for customer requirements follow upto child part level and close the dispatch
• Preparation of daily production reports & Management reports
• Responsible for Inventory control of finished goods
• Responsible for customer line stoppage
• Increased the efficiency in assembly line
• MRP view, routing & work center creation, MRP running
• Co-ordination with interdepartments like Assembly, Quality, Warehouse team for Smooth dispatch
• Maintaining minimum level of WIP stock
