Contract value: INR.4500crore. Site Area: 70 acres. Clinical Package Built-up area – 34,36,000Sq.ft., Residential
Package Built-up area – 22,35,000sq.ft, Clinical Blocks - 4nos, (B+G+9), 2058 IPD beds, Utility Blocks-2nos
(B+G+1), Town Centre – 1no (G), Staff Quarters – 8nos (B+G+12), Gents & Ladies Hostel – 5nos (B+G+12), Public
School – 1no (G+2nos), Community Centre – 3nos, Utility Blocks – 3nos.
Responsible for administering the contracts including performance monitoring, contractual communication,
change scope management, Payment approval, Dealing disputes, Final account closure, and amicable settlement.
Prepare cashflow report and discussion with the employer to ensure the monetary commitment to the contract,
Prepare Cost Value reconciliation report, Propose the Schedule of payment breakdown to the employer, and get approval to maintain proper cash flow.
Responsible for contractual communication with the contractor. Review the Main contractor’s IPA, evaluate as per contractual provisions, and recommend to the employer for approval and payment.
Tracking the milestone achievement status, Change scope management, and implementation of a robust system.
Raising the PMC monthly application and following up on the payment. Manage domestic contractors.
Maintain contractor’s insurance & guarantee are valid and discharge upon completion of purpose.
Ensure legal compliance, statutory compliance, and royalty amount paid to authority as per actual.
