• Assist the HR manager in planning of organizational recruitment.
• Responsible in entire recruitment process starting from maintaining resume the candidate, salary negotiations and issuing an offer & Appointment letters.
• Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas, organizing the interviews and induction programs.
• Handle all company new joining employees' hospitality as per company policy.
• In a digital method hiring complete with SF ( Success Factor Software).
• Day to day Attendance checking.
• Maintaining Leave Record of Employees.
• Checking & Maintaining of Overtime & late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports etc.
• Conduct monthly Review & Performance Meeting with all department.
• Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee information changes, Loans, Advances.
• Handling Payroll Grievances' if any.
• Addressing employee queries regarding payroll, Attendance, HR Policies, Leave Details, timesheets etc.
• Employee Benefits - maintaining leave records, Salary Advances, Employee Bonus & Employee's birthdays.
• In a SAP maintain the attendance of employees.
• Maintain Audit attendance of employee's records.
• Through Success factor employees digital hiring done.
• Monthly check the Claims of employees with the help of SAP & BTP App.
