• Create Maintenance Plan
• Based on that, Schedule the Plan to execute the Maintenance activity
• Machine Maintenance is updated and monitored daily basis as per plan
• In Knitting side, taking care of New Development Samples offer to Existing customers as well as new customers also for getting Orders, coordinate with Planning team
• Daily monitor & discuss the previous day Machine Issues verses productionOutput with Quality team in daily standing meetings
• Discuss any issues could be highlighted to Management up to the issue will resolve
• Weekly basis, an Important Meeting with the combination of Production / Quality Heads for discussions regarding to Improve Production output as well regarding Live Order Status / Yet to come new Orders / Last week achievements & deviations / New Samples under development status / Cost per Kilo (Power/Man/Spares/Packing) / FabricRealization / Production Efficiency & Finally Fabric Stock as on date
