Hansa Customer Equity (A division of RK Swamy Group) delivers high-impact solutions to customers as a leading customer experience marketing consultancy, We collate, analyze, design and strategize opportunities that drive clients to be more customer-centric and experience-driven, thereby elevating business outcome. Here I manage the unit created specifically to cater to the social media requirements of key clients, including fulfilling their other communication needs. I lead this team of 9 members which includes designer, Copy writer and Client Servicing executive.

• Lead the design team.
• Job discussion, followed by assigning the job and deadline to each designer as per the client brief.
• Handing Key Client Accounts such as Nippon India Mutual Fund, ABSLI, ABMF, Kotak Life, Nexus Select Trust, ELGi.
• Previous Client projects include Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kotak Credit/Debit Cards, Kotak Loans, and Kotak Cherry.
• For the client Kotak Mahindra Bank, we generated approx 250 creatives per month on an average including campaign Emailers, Standalone Emailers, Website Banner, GDN Banners, Carousel Facebook ads, Facebook Paid ads, AMP Emailers, Print Standee, Logo Design, Master Key Visual, Newsletter Design, Micro Website.
• Using for Image Generative AI tools like Nano Banana Pro, Chat GTP, Freepick AI Image Generator.
• In 2021, got promoted to Manager.
• Was conferred an award of excellence for social media project of our client LIC.

Launched in April 2006, Outlook Business is the fastest growing magazine with 1.4 lakhs circulation and readership of 8.41 lakhs.

Magazine is part of the Rajan Raheja Group. Despite being the youngest Indian business magazine, Outlook Business has been breaking new ground in bringing to readers relevant business stories right from exclusive interviews with Warren Buffett and Bill Gates to ground-up reports on the state of the economy, industry and bottom-of-the-pyramid innovations.

Business is also known for its modern outlook in terms of its design, layout and easy-to-use paging structure. I am proud to have been part of the launch team of Outlook Business magazine in 2006 under the leadership of the Editor Mr.

• 2007: Promoted from visualiser to Designer.
• 2011: Promoted to Deputy Design Editor. The magazine achieved the number one position in terms of design and the number two position in circulation across India.
• 2015: Promoted to Design Editor. The magazine surpassed competitors in circulation, achieving the number one position in the market.
• Leadership: Lead the art department.
• Oversee and manage the overall design of the magazine.
• Creative Process Management: Manage the entire creative process from concept to completion.

SP's globally renowned flagship product, SP's Military Yearbook was launched in 1965. To add to its international repute and worldwide readership, SP Guide Publications launched SP's Aviation in 1998, SP's Land Forces in 2004. SP Guide Publications is today reckoned as the leading publishing house on Defense, Military matters and Aviation

• Worked for three Publications: SP's Military Yearbook (yearly); SP's Aviation (quarterly); SP's Land Forces (monthly).
• Responsible for designing promotional material such as Brochures, Media Kits, Posters, Banners and Leaflets.
• Responsible for the style, typography, look and feel of the magazine. Selected appropriate pictures for the various sections of the three magazines.

Graphic Designer - The Hive Communications

Hive Communications is a Delhi based Advertising Agency owned by Sushil Pandit who has worked previously with some of the well known advertising agencies like Contract, McCann Erickson and Ogilvy & Mather.

• Designed corporate logos and print ads in line with client requirements.
• Marking and approving color proofs before sending it for printing. Also getting the retouching of images.
• Manage outside resources and vendors, including designers, illustrators, photographers and printers
• Ensured strict adherence to the company's requirements on quality, budget and deadlines
• Monitored and supervised the production process and ensured deadlines were met.
