- Handling overall North Warehouses operations
- Responsible for overall MGD outbound / Inbound activities
- Invoicing for dispatching material, Scrap sale, Sample & Sales order
- STO creation in SAP for required locations & order management
- E-waybill Management. Making e-waybills and cancelation if any discrepancy found in invoice and e-way bills
- Batch management
- Responsible for Stock received & GRN as vehicle offload & stock come to inventory location. Ensure inbound material is proper as per document, there should not be any short /damages / Expired / should not be discrepancies
- GRN as per PO / Inbound delivery
- Material Segregation for put-away & handover to Inventory
- Responsible for Audit the material after packing
- Coordination with plant team if found any discrepancies (Short / Damages)
- Work fully focused on FIFO
- Share CAPA when required & Works on Kaizen points
- Responsibility for consumable stocks (Stationery)
- Push the Transporters for vehicles placement and assign vehicle from open market if not provided by the assigned transporters
- Vehicle Management (Timely Vehicles placement & get Releasing as per cut of time, ensure vehicles are following all SOP's as per company rules)
- Focused on vehicle loading & Offloading & responsible to complete by EOD
- Responsible for Documentation of all transactions and PODs
- Coordination with transporters & resolve issues
- Coordination with client & DC's
- Working with all food & safety & 6s rules
- Preparation of IB SIT report on daily basis
- Working with SAP, Pando & on E-mails
- Preparation of MIS Reports on daily and monthly basis
