Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
- Ensure Preventive Maintenance, breakdown maintenance, shutdown maintenance and corrective maintenance of production Extruder machinery including Pumps, Gearbox, Compressor, Chiller, Ups, Transformer, RMU unit, Ht and Lt panel scheduled inspection, DG set, Fire Pump, STP, Cooling tower and other auxiliary equipments.
- Ensure Mechanical and Electrical system for smooth plant operation.
- Optimize power consumption.
- Ensure zero breakdown in equipment's and machineries to minimize machine downtime.
- Critical parts has been maintained to prevent breakdown.
- Conduct root cause analysis for identify and address underlying issues.
- Reduce repair cost and increase maintenance expenses.
- Maintain 5s in workplace while working.
- Ensure work permit system, positive isolation before taking any work and logout-tagout (LOTO).
- Continuously monitor equipment's condition to detect abnormalities and identifies potential issues.
- Proper documentation done to keep accurate record of maintenance activities.
- Ensure Erection, installation and commissioning work of industrial equipments as per layout drawing and technical specifications.
- Ensure in spare parts planning, monitoring, inventory control and vendor coordination.
- Actively participated in ISO internal and external audits, ensure compliance with company SOPs and ISO standards.
- Prepare and maintained ISO documentation, records, and audit checklists.
- Actively coordinated with New PVC and HDPE plant project executions, including installation, erection and commissioning activities with electrical, mechanical and automation during plant setup and trail runs.
