Junior Manager at Safexpress Pvt Ltd (2020-02 – 2025-03)

• Worked with the Corporate Manager heading PAN India delivery operation.
• Playing a major role in increasing the speed, efficiency and utilization of last mile delivery operation.
• Strategized to utilize the delivery trucks as per company set standards with maximum output and profitability.
• Followed up with branches Same Day Delivery performance by presenting proper data - visualizing the loopholes and areas of improvement. Tackling the challenges with deliveries to be done within 72 hrs.
• Planned delivery routes, segregation of load, took proactive measures to avoid idle truck count.
• Presented daily reports/excel dashboards on running vehicles, issues faced by branches, monthly performance and utilization of vehicles.

• Solved customer queries for delayed shipments and took precautionary measures for increasing the delivery speed
• Solved issues faced by ground staffs (vehicle issue, scanner issue, computer issue, labour issue) and coordinated with Branch heads to bring their attention to the focus areas.
