With 22 years of rich experience in education, my journey from TGT (Science) in Kolkata and PRT in various Army Public Schools to Coordinator, Primary Wing at Army Public School Agra (2020–2023) and presently Head Mistress, Primary Wing (since 2023) has been marked by continuous learning, innovation, and purposeful leadership. As an educator and leader, I am committed to creating a child-centric, inclusive and joyful learning environment aligned with the vision of NEP 2020 and the Holistic Progress Card (HPC). My approach focuses on the 360-degree development of students through competency-based, experiential and activity-based learning, while nurturing their creativity, communication, critical thinking, values, life skills, sports, arts and leadership potential.
I strive to empower teachers through collaboration and professional growth, strengthen parent–school partnerships, and introduce innovative practices that enhance the quality of education. Through strategic planning, teamwork and continuous improvement, I aim to contribute meaningfully to the academic excellence, co-curricular enrichment, holistic development and overall growth of the school.
