Responsible for Level-1 & Level-2 support and Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WAN activities.
Handling all kind of technical support related to Cisco Router configuration and SMPS, Pushpak, Pau and alarm gateway reachability.
Responsible for configuration changes over Cisco Router, L2 Switch, ENB, ILA, AG1,and AG2 Sites.
Configuration and troubleshooting for eNodeB (CSS, AG1, ILA) & Small Cell (ESC,OSC), routers/Switches to maintain network compliances.
Responsible for Routing Protocols like TCP/IP, Subnetting, VLAN, MAC, IPV4 & IPV6 and BDI Configuration.
Cisco Routing Platforms ASR901, ASR920_O, ASR920i, ASR903.
Responsible for Mac address update and IP Configuration in Network devices.
Planned event scheduling for all type of eNodeB, MW, RF & ISP deployment activities.
Responsible of testing FTTX/OLT related products, IP Routing, Wi-Fi network interface & LAN/WAN topologies.
Having responsibilities of Telecom Customer Products & software upgradation of network devices for reachability and Zabbix Visibility.
Working on Cisco Router and L2 switches Like (Raisecom, Techroutes, Raid, HFCL and FiberHome).
