• Design complete chemical dosing systems including Dosing pumps, Storage tanks, Agitators, Valves and piping, Instruments (e.g., flow meters, pressure gauges) and Control panels.
• Prepare preliminary P&IDs and system layouts.
• Develop preliminary Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Estimate costs for equipment, fabrication, instrumentation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with procurement for up-to-date vendor pricing.
• Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals.
• Write method statements, technical clarifications, and compliance matrices.
• Create datasheets, drawings, and system descriptions through work with internal teams (engineering,

procurement, design, QA/QC) for input.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical and price quotations.
• Ensure proposals comply with relevant standards (e.g., API 675, ISO, ASME, ATEX).
• Ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Maintain proper records of revisions, communications, and bid documentation.
• Assist in handover to project execution team after order finalization.
• Analyze competitors and optimize pricing strategy.
• Assist in online portal registration, bid submission and further activities. Few portals – GEM, E procure,

Ariba, etc..

• Participate in contract negotiations
