• Handle day-to-day proxy security for a large U.S.-based banking client — managing Cisco WSA for URL/IP filtering, web policy enforcement, and access control requests that come in from the client team.
• Took ownership of migrating the client from Cisco WSA to Netskope Cloud Proxy — coordinated the full transition and made sure nothing broke on the filtering and SSL inspection side during cutover.
• Use Splunk to keep an eye on silent and anomalous devices on the network; dig into logs when something looks off and escalate with proper documentation when needed.
• Wrote out SOC runbooks that the team now uses for standard incident scenarios — this ended up getting me the Runbook Vanguard Award.

Cybersecurity Analyst – XDR & VAPT - Cyberjeet Pvt Ltd - Bengaluru

• Rolled out SentinelOne XDR across all client endpoints, set up blocklists and exclusion policies, and used the Timeline feature regularly for malware analysis and threat hunting.
• Handled active threat response — quarantined confirmed threats to stop spread, sorted out false positives, and ran rollbacks where systems needed to be restored to a clean state.
• Did VAPT for a large analytics firm — used Rapid7 for scanning and Linux tools for manual testing. Got daily IP targets from the client, tested them systematically, and kept detailed records of everything.
• Wrote up full assessment reports with CVSS risk ratings and prioritised fixes; findings were used directly by the client team to patch and close out vulnerabilities.
