Currently working as an OT Incharge, I manage all types of surgeries of various departments - both emergency and routine. I maintain all the records related to the surgeries and also ensure that my OT staff is well prepared and maintains complete sterility in the OT. I have established a good rapport with the surgeons as well as the anesthetists with whom I am currently working.
I ensure that the punctuality is maintained in the OT preparation and staff availability and I am very cautious in handling emergency surgeries even at night time.
