• Daily inspection and supervision of the work place to identify any non-conformance of client safe work practices by the subcontractors and company workers.
• Inspections of Permit to work System, scaffoldings, Lifting & Rigging activities, Hydro Jetting, Hydro testing, Welding works, Blasting and Painting, Materials shifting, Covid = 19 Precautions and implementations at site and workshops.
• Ensuring all site safety officers are conducting the daily inspections of site to identify the unsafe act and unsafe conditions, inspection of equipment’s and submitting the inspection checklists and observation reports on daily basis. 
• Attending client daily HSE Shutdown meeting and daily shutdown walkthrough. Conducting daily meetings with day shift safety officers to discuss about the major site observations from client safety personnel’s, near misses and HSE Alerts, client special requirement during summer, Covid – 19. 
• Conducting permit to work audit to identify the availability of supporting documents like Risk assessment, Isolation permits (LOTO), Confined space permit, Evacuation plan, and Ventilation plan. 

• Carry out routine inspection and evaluation of work place to identify any non-conformance with client safety rules, regulations and safe working practices. 
• Monitor HSE performance, Conduct safety reviews and report performance to company HSE Manager. Ensuring that company safety policy, safety procedures, etc. were implemented and followed. 
• Auditing of Camps & Sites of EPC Contractor and sub-contractors and preparing reports for corrective action by EPC.
• Participating as team member of audits conducting by Client HSE Personnel’s.

  Regularly visiting the Units, Offices, Fabrication shops & other facilities of sub-contractor and racing site HSE observation reports. Sending the HSE reports to Package HSE Manager.

• Attending client high officials’ site HSE inspection and walkthroughs as PMC participant. Witnessing EPC and sub-contractor’s emergency drills and Weekly mass meetings at site. 
• Regular inspections of work permit, scaffoldings erection and dismantling, Lifting, Welding Hydro testing, pipe erection, vessel erections and Pre-commissioning activities.
• Attending Weekly site walkthrough with EPC Contractors Management and Client Management team.
• Carry out HSE Audits, Inspections, Safety Walk Through and Safety tours with EPC site management and subcontractor managers.
• Regular inspections of all PTW, scaffoldings, Excavations, Lifting, Erecting, Hydro testing, welding works, FAR & Substation activities.
• Daily inspection of precommissioning activities and ensure they are following safety procedures and precaution while doing the activities. 

• Diploma In Mechanical Engineering (Government Polytechnic, Kerala, India. 1993 -1996) 
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (SB University, India ,1996 -2000) Attested by Kuwait, UAE
