• Monitoring Project Execution work/construction activity at the site according to Project Specifications and Approved Drawings
• Providing technical advice and suggestions to subcontractors, site working staff, foreman and workers for improvement on this project
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring contracted staff
• Progress of the project as per the schedule and with assured quality
• Progress monitoring and submitting the weekly and monthly review reports
• Checking of technical drawings and engineering plans for accuracy & confirmatory and Coordinate with our design department for drawings and related quarry

• Drawing up work schedules and efficiently organize the plan and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
