Solid experience working in industrial automation and controls. Participated in technical meetings with customers and suppliers to understand the scope of work, project deadlines, planning, and execution.Interpret project requirements based on internal specifications, customer specifications, and knowledge of product applications. Good understanding of industrial automation protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/ IP, Profibus, and ProfiNet.
Perform 1/0 checking based on PLC Input/Output lists generated as per electrical drawings. Perform program modifications on PLC software using IEC 61131-3 programming languages (Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text, Instruction List, Sequential Function Chart). Design, tag, and test automation on HMI /SCADA.
Perform on-site installation, validation, and commissioning. Write technical notes for correcting PLC programs, HMI/SCADA screens, electrical/pneumatic and systems.Develop service technical documentation and operating manuals.
