HV/LV:‐

Site Execution Role:‐

 LV cable tray and Trunking Installation.

 LV Cable and wire pulling as per cable load schedule.

 Power Socket and Light installation as per MEP coordinated Drawing.

 Preparing Material Request for completion of the Project.

 Installation of Earth Rods and copper tape for Lightening Protection.

 Building Lighting and small Power conduiting (GI/PVC), wiring and Fixture installation.

 Reporting progress, construction problems, resources and administration.

 Responsible for preparing daily activity report, weekly and monthly progress report.

 Preparation of monthly billing in coordination with Planning Engineer.

 Ensure quality construction by closely monitoring the works.

 Liaise with Client and Consultants resolving all on‐site and contractual problems.

 Raising Inspections requests and coordinating with the consultants for checking of the works.

 Ensure inspection of materials received at site after receipts.

 Ensure use of latest revision of all Contract Documents, Contract Specifications and engineering reference and standards.

 Supervise subcontractor works to ensure compliance with client requirements.

 Maintain safety and quality control project standards.

 Planning & scheduling assignments to achieve pre‐set goals within time parameters.

 Formulate long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations.

 Review Sub‐Contractors Contractual obligations, QA/QC plans and procedures to verify if they comply with

Contractor’s Contractual conditions.

Design Role:‐

 Designing and drafting of Electrical Schematic Diagrams, containment and lightening protection.

 Designing of Lighting and Power Layout drawing as per prototype and site condition.

 Designing of False celling drawings for MEP services.

 Ensure use of latest approved shop drawings for construction at site.

 Preparing of As‐Built Drawing for electrical services.

 Taking of quantity from drawing for Raising Material request for site execution.

 Raising of RFI and coordinating with client as per site condition.

ELV/PAVA/HVTS:‐

 ELV, HVTS & PAVA system Cable Tray Installation as per MEP Coordinated Drawing.

 ELV Cable pulling for Shop Owners and in common areas.

 Preparing as‐built Drawing as per site condition for ELV/PAVA/HVTS System.

 PAVA System cable pulling as per SLD and approved drawings.

 Elevator and Escalator Cable Tray Installation & Cable pulling.

 Coordinating with Sub Contractors for ELV cat‐6a cable termination and device installation

 Fiber Optic Cable Pulling as per the cable schedule and approved drawings.

 Supervising Sub‐Contractor for Fiber Optic cable splicing in Filed Side, Main Telecom Room, IT Server Room &

Security Server Room.

 ELV Cable Labelling as per Rack Schedule and approved drawing.

 Supervising Sub‐Contractor for Cat‐6a cable Fluke test and Fiber cable OTDR Test.

 GI / PVC Conduiting for ELV Power wire for camera, Kiosk and Server Rooms.
