• To generate vendors by market survey for competitive rates for service (stationery Tea & coffee, Housekeeping, courier, security etc)
• Maintaining complete record of all agreement/ Bill/ Timely payment of vendors by ensuring that the bill are raise on time & subsequently are followed up for payment remittance.
• Cheek Housekeeping maintenance & cleanliness to ensure hygiene condition in the Branch.
• Security control to ensure cheek on incoming & out going entities.
• Managing office stationary & stationary request, also ensuring justified consumption Within the office, maintain a record of issuance and receipt of stationary.
• Genset maintenance & daily cheek up. Maintaining log for usage to determine the usage Hours Vs fuel consumption.
• Handling letter heads visiting, cards, envelops, medical, report,format,banner posters request, printing & updating
• Maintaining Branch assets & taking care of Branch equipment's by ensuring a daily cheek & ensuring the taking the same are in AMC/under valid contract. To ensure all equipment's are in working condition all the time
• Monitor Safety Systems Fire alarms, Fire panel, Fire extinguishers, and preventive maintenance, CCTV access control
• Travel Management And Facility Service
• Provide Any Other Administrative Support As instructed By Office
• Plan And Schedule Regular Maintenance Activities For The Same
• Employee Safety Activity In Office Road And Fire Safety Program (Org by Govt )
