- Monitoring the PFD, control plan and PFMEA Revision history records, ECN
- Observing any defect in line and rise the NCR for the issues
- Identify the and implement improvements with manufacturing teams that reduce the product cost, improve quality and maximize customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the resolving customer issues through Lesson learnt product analysis
- Follow up with customers for any engineering changes product with close monitoring
- Handling customer and closing issue with 8D methodology-7QC tools, why? Why? Analysis
- Submit 8D for customer complaints through –Cause and effect diagram, Tool
- Investigate history of customer return parts with stimulation and identify part issue RCA
- As per AOI, Submitting revalidation report to the customer for the regular products
- Tracking the customer PPM performance and take appropriate corrective action through customer complaints Register for 0KM, Field, customer Return and warranty Claim
- Immediate response to customer with 3D action for part failures in Zero KM complaints and taking quick re-solution in time line, Horizontal deployment to other products
