“Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” – W.B. Yeats
Hi! I’m Mariya Maqbool Pasha, and for the past 15 years, I’ve been lighting that fire in classrooms across India and Saudi Arabia. As a teacher and facilitator, I don’t just deliver lessons — I create experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and inspire lifelong learning.
But my journey doesn’t stop at the classroom door. I’m equally passionate about helping women and professionals unlock the power of digital skills — opening new pathways to growth and diversity.
Transforming learning into something exciting and empowering
Blending education with technology for a future-ready approach
Inspiring people to see opportunities where they once saw limits For me, teaching isn’t a profession — it’s a mission to shape lives, both in schools and beyond.
With over 15 years of teaching experience in India and Saudi Arabia, I specialize in Middle and High School education, particularly in Global Perspectives and Business Studies, along with my role as a PYP Homeroom Teacher. My teaching philosophy is rooted in inquiry-based learning, encouraging students to think critically, explore global issues, and connect classroom learning with real-world applications.
I am committed to fostering international-mindedness, building strong academic skills, and preparing learners to thrive in an interconnected world.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), and an IB Educator Certificate (IBEC). These academic qualifications, supported by extensive classroom practice, equip me to design engaging curricula, integrate global perspectives, and nurture students’ academic and personal growth across multiple grade levels.
