Conducted user surveys and interviews with 4 participants to identify pain points in existing app. Created high-fidelity prototypes and detailed UI specifications for a mobile application, result is analyzing end user problems fixed in time. Here I find the patient home servicing report problems and doctor re appointment schedule issues for given essay solution.
Timeline: 05 weeks with 40+screens 50+ components. 6+ users participate prototype testing understanding pain points, like tour guide, medical emergency, hotels check in and check out times. Rough user flow Implemented it's improvements for UX design processes reduction unnecessary layouts.
