- Execute fabrication and erection of a pipeline test loops system in accordance with approved P&IDs, isometrics and GA drawings.
- Prepared and reviewed Isometric drawings, GA drawings, piping layouts, Equipment Layout to ensure constructability and adherence to design codes.
- Gener Material Take-off (MTO) and coordinated procurement of pipes, fittings, valves, and supports.
- Performed piping stress checks and provided input for proper support selection and placement.
- Coordinated with civil, structural, and instrumentation teams for foundation, anchoring, and tie-in points.
- Supervised welding, fit-up, and alignment activities, Equipment Erection ensuring compliance with project QA/QC Requirements.
- Supervised installation, alignment and commissioning support of compressors, pumps and pressure vessels, ensuring proper foundation readiness, grouting, levelling, and adherence to vendor drawings and QA/QC standards.
- Prepared hydro test packs, coordinated pressure testing activities, line flushing, reinstatement and provided commissioning support for piping systems as per project procedures and QA/QC requirements.
- Reviewed vendor drawings for valves, fittings, and specialty items, ensuring compatibility with design parameters.
- Ensured compliance with ASME B31.3, ASTM, and project-specific standards during design deliverables.
- Provided technical support during design reviews, model walk-throughs, and client meetings.
- Optimized routing and support design, achieving cost savings in material and fabrication.
- Ensured all works were executed within schedule, safety, and quality standards.
