I am Mechanical Design Engineer having 9 years of experience in Medical Devices. I am leading team of 4 people. My responsibilities are : I need to lead the team for design related activities, during the product life cycle. I need to create quality check ups for each tasks, milestone and projects and ensuring the quality of the work to be provided FTR. I have to create the Design Verification documents from Plan, Protocol and Report.

I need to create quality check ups for each tasks, milestone and projects and ensuring the quality of the work to be provided FTR. I have to create the Design Verification documents from Plan, Protocol and Report.
I work as a Lead Engineer and leading 2 members of team. I worked for the EU MDR projects and ISO 80369-7 small bore connector project.
My responsibilities are : Creating design and development plan and executing it with all the stake holders approvals. Once the DDP approved, need to create the Design input documents like DTM-Design Traceability matrix, Requirement documents, reviewing the Change requirement document. Final design verification documents also to be created and ensuring the final output documents like product specification and Buy specification meeting the requirement of inputs.
I worked as a Tool Design Engineer. I create the progressive tools and assembly tools for the Clutch assemblies. I will be involved with the leadership team for confirming the strip layout designed by me.
Once strip layout for clutch component is freeze. I will start creating the design for progressive tool and assembly tool. Once the design is over later i have to allocate the job for tool manufacturing and machining operators for manufacturing of the tool.
I will be involved from starting of the design to final tool try out.
