Handling & Involved in both Internal & External of electrical projects, starts from project requirement until handover the project including documentation and T&C
- Handling 100+ workman daily and Assigning the works to all Electrical, HVAC and other 3rd party services like, Access, CCTV, Wifi, BMS,FAPA as per planning.
- Responsible for Installing all the BBT, panels, cables, DBs, light fixtures, earthing , breakers, Ducting, VAVs, FD,MFD,Fire Alarm, sensors, spricklers and other equipment like CSU,PAC,Exast fan units as per standard procedure based on the SLD and RCP layout.
- Ensuring and witnessing off all Installation, testing and commissioning of all electrical ,HVAC equipments ( Transformers, Panels ,UPS, DB and earthing etc) are done as per SLD and hand over the pre& post commissioning reports from FM team.
- Coordinating with PMC/GC execution, quality and billing teams for installation measurements ,variation ,reworks and resolving snag/punch points rectification and closing the works.
- Planning and distributing the work as per the priority and schedule and ensuring optimal usage of manpower, resources and getting clearances from client based on the project deadlines.
